Membership Options

Our 770 Water St. location can support all membership options as well as all of our services & amenities.  Please schedule a tour for a comprehensive look at our facility. Due to code restrictions, Private, Collaborative, Conference, and Meeting memberships are limited, so don’t miss your opportunity.

1. Virtual (unlimited): Enjoy the security of having an official business address.  You can choose to have your mail forwarded through the USPS or, for an additional charge, we can forward your mail or hold it for pick up and receive your packages for pick up as well.

2. Virtual+ (unlimited): You get all of the same benefits as a Virtual member AND you can use our collaborative space as well as the conference room of your choice 2 days each month.

3. Conference (as scheduling permits): Only need a place for your regularly scheduled conferences, workshops, or training sessions?  This level of membership was created just for you and your team.  Book up to 5 meetings each month in the large conference room during working hours or the collaborative space after 5 – whichever best helps you and your team accomplish the mission.

4. Meeting (as scheduling permits): Just need a small room on a regular basis to meet one-on-one with clients?  Well, here you go!  Our small conference room can be all yours each month in up to 5 one hour or 10 thirty minute blocks.
$100.00/month – Booked until further notice.

5. Collaborative (25): Pull up a desk, one of our comfortable chairs or the sofa, put in those earbuds, and get to work.  No more pressure to buy coffee plus you have access to the fastest internet in town and a copy machine.

6. Extended Meeting (as scheduling permits): Got a 3 month project coming up and nowhere to gather the troops?  Need to meet with your sales team on Mondays and Wednesdays to keep morale high?  Enjoy unlimited meetings in our conference room for team meetings, think tanks, project reviews, proposal preparation, and/or brainstorming sessions.

7. Private (5): We have 5 private offices of varying sizes available at this location.  Each is fully furnished, just waiting for you to settle in and get down to business.
